Meet the Director and Staff
Br. Paul Michalenko, S.T., Program Director for the Institute of Religious Formation (IRF), provides oversight and direction for the program. He has international experience in consulting with religious organizations and formation ministry. He holds a Ph.D. in organizational development and master's degree in religious studies. He is a member of the Missionary Servants of the Most Holy Trinity where he has been a General Councilor and Novice Master.
Timothy L. Crum, Programs Coordinator for the Institute of Religious Formation and Hesburgh Sabbatical Program, provides critical services and the coordination necessary to the mission of the programs. Tim holds a juris doctor and has been involved in a variety of professional activities in business, legal and non-profit settings. In May 2014, he will graduate with a master's degree in religious studies. His academic interests include conflict resolution, theology of the body, and English Reformation history. His personal interests include horses, dogs, and all things French.
