Catholic Theological Union’s Student Residential Hall, renovated in 2007 is located directly across from the Academic Building at 5401 South Cornell Avenue. The Residential Hall offers a Cafeteria and Dining Hall, Student Lounge, and residential rooms that are approximately 14’ x 15’. All residential rooms include a full (double) bed, desk and chair, dresser, nightstand, bookcase, floor lamp and desk lamp. Each room has a private bath along with local telephone service and Wi-Fi access. Residents will also have access to common spaces such as laundry room, kitchen, lounge, and chapel. The Residential Hall is conveniently located just 2 blocks from downtown Hyde Park. It is also close to the lake and mass transit service to downtown Chicago.

Semester/Term housing fee will include utilities (heat, electric, water, local telephone and wi-fi service).  Upon receipt of this application, a lease will be sent to the email address provided.  A housing security deposit of $660.00 and a key deposit of $50.00 is due when housing lease is signed and returned to the Student Services Office.
