Women in Ministry is open to any interested female students, staff, and faculty. The group meets several times each semester on Thursday evenings for a simple supper, reflection on the Scriptures, and faith sharing from the context of particular challenges that women face in ministry.

Fr. Thomas Reese, SJ,is a political scientist and a senior analyst for National Catholic Reporter. From 1998 to 2005, he served as editor-in-chief of America magazine. Under his leadership, the magazine fostered inquiry into and the discussion and
debate of politics, economics and other topics relevant to the contemporary Church. Prior to his time at America, he was a writer and lobbyist for tax reform.
