At the heart of Catholic Theological Union is the academic program, yet there is more to life at CTU than classes. CTU is a community based on faith and friendship. The school provides opportunities for worship and a variety of extracurricular activities that plan an important role in ministerial and personal formation.

Our students come from around the world, from secular and religious vocations, fresh out of college or after 20 years of ministry. They come to CTU because their journey of faith has led them here. And they do not leave this place unchanged, and CTU is changed by them.

Student Services
The office of Student Services is an important center of information about student life at CTU, providing information about health insurance, medical services, and recreational opportunities. It serves as the liaison with the University of Chicago Health Services and athletic facilities, and coordinates housing for CTU's independent students.
