Church in Mission: The Maryknoll Centennial Symposium

A Note of Gratitude:

From October 6th to 8th, 2011, over 200 people assembled at CTU to celebrate and dialogue about mission.  It was an extraordinary gathering of academicians, missioners, church leaders, students and lay people, all sharing a desire that the Good News of God's love be translated into concrete deeds of personal and global transformation.

As Maryknollers, we are deeply grateful to all who joined us in this conversation, even those who could not be among us during our days together at CTU.  We are indebted to our speakers for their insights and generous contributions of time and effort.  We are grateful to our many volunteers, most of them Maryknoll Affiliates, who ensured its success.  We thank the CTU community for their extraordinary hospitality.  Most of all, we thank the peoples of the world who have welcomed us into their homes and their hearts, for whom this symposium was convened.

If you would like to obtain a record of our symposium or have any questions or comments about the event, please contact Gregory Darr, Symposium Coordinator, at gdarr@maryknoll.org.

Thank you
