Description: Please join us for an evening of mercy with two of the brothers of the renowned Taizé Community in France, which was formed after World War II in response to a need for peace and reconciliation in the world.
The event will start with a lecture and dialogue with the brothers, move into an ecumenical prayer service in the Spirit of Taizé, and end with a simple reception.

About the lecture:"Reading the Scriptures with the Mind, Eyes, and Heart of a Woman" is a presentation that explores two key scenes in the Gospel of John from the perspective of women's Experiences: the footwashing (John 13:1-20) and the crucifixion and resurrection appearance to Mary Magdalene (John 19:16-20:18).
