John Paul Lederach is one of the world’s leading figures in conflict transformation. Along with more technical treatises on the subject, he has written several books about what might be called the underlying spirituality of an effective peacebuilder. This event will feature a conversation with Robert Schreiter about how Lederach’s thinking on this subject has been developing since his landmark book, The Moral Imagination: The Art and Soul of Building Peace.

Fr. Thomas Reese, SJ,is a political scientist and a senior analyst for National Catholic Reporter. From 1998 to 2005, he served as editor-in-chief of America magazine. Under his leadership, the magazine fostered inquiry into and the discussion and
debate of politics, economics and other topics relevant to the contemporary Church. Prior to his time at America, he was a writer and lobbyist for tax reform.
Please join us for this special lecture, "Key to Interpreting Vatican II: Revisiting The Constitution on the Sacred Liturgy," given by Massimo Faggioli, PhD.
