Open House Registration - March 13, 2012

Thank you for your interest in Catholic Theological Union’s (CTU) nine degree programs and ten certificates. We look forward to hosting you on campus soon.

This form will register you for the CTU Open House on Tuesday, March 13th at 5:30 p.m. in the CTU Academic and Conference Center at 5416 S. Cornell, Chicago, Illinois. A week prior to the event an admissions staff member will confirm your registration and send you information on how to get to campus, the room number, etc.
