Open House Registration - February 27, 2012

This form will register you for the Augustus Tolton Open House on Monday, February 27th at 5:30 p.m. in the CTU Academic and Conference Center at 5416 S. Cornell, Chicago, Illinois.  A week prior to the event an admissions staff member will confirm your registration and send you information on how to get to campus, the room number, etc.
