Guidelines & Requirements
The international character of CTU is one of the school’s strongest features. International students add greatly to the culture and spirit of CTU, as well as to the classroom experience. CTU invites international students who are interested in a CTU continuing education, certificate, and/or degree program to apply.
Information for international students wishing to apply:
- Upon admission, international applicants who do not hold a U.S. passport must submit a letter of financial support or personal guarantee of payment (affidavit of support), an official bank statement, and the enrollment fee. Upon review of these documents, CTU may issue the necessary I-20 form to study in the United States.
- Students must be proficient in English. Non-native English speakers need to demonstrate English proficiency.
- Given the variance and diversity of educational offerings internationally, CTU applicants who completed a bachelor’s degree abroad should submit non-U.S. transcripts for transcript evaluation.
