Overview of the International Women's Scholarship Program

Catholic Theological Union (CTU) offers a limited number of full-tuition scholarships to lay women from developing countries who want to enhance their existing ministerial experiences through the study of theology. These scholarships cover tuition, housing, health insurance and a book allowance, as well as provide a personal stipend for up to two years.

Those beginning studies during CTU's J-term and Spring 2013 semester are asked to attend New Student Orientation on Wednesday, February 6th from 5:30-8:00pm.

Topics covered include: parking, library privileges, student services, formation, student involvement, scholarship opportunities, etc.

For those interested in CTU's full-tuition scholarship programs, we will be hosting an open house on Wednesday, January 23rd from 5:30-7:30pm.

Information on academic programs, admissions procedures, and scholarship application processes will be covered.

Program advisors, current students and alums, and recruitment and admissions staff will be on hand to answer questions and assist prospective students.

CTU welcomes those enrolled at other institutions to study with us. Many times visiting students are interested in taking a class/es at CTU to supplement their experience elsewhere.

The international character of CTU is one of the school’s strongest features. International students add greatly to the culture and spirit of CTU, as well as to the classroom experience.
