The Independent Sabbatical is an individually designed educational and cultural experience providing you with an array of opportunities. While residing at CTU, you create your own schedule; take part in courses and programs at Catholic Theological Union; attend lectures and workshops at the four Hyde Park theological schools, Loyola University, Northwestern University, and many other Chicago institutions of higher learning; explore the countless cultural resources of Chicago; and worship and pray in the global community of faith at CTU.

Independent Sabbatical Costs:

Room	$630 per month or $2,560 per semester
Meals in CTU cafeteria	$960 per semester (1 meal a day) $1,800 per semester (3 meals a day)
Cost of a CTU course for credit	$1830 per 3 credit course plus $24 activity fee
Cost of auditing a CTU course	$975 per 3 credit course plus $24 activity fee
Cost of auditing Hesburgh Center Modules	$75 per day
Personal growth counseling	$120 to $150 per hour
Spiritual direction	$30 to $60 per hour
Parking sticker	Fall or Spring Semester: $240, July/August: $120, J-Term: $60, Summer Term: $60
