World Mission Lecture with Fr. Pio Estepa, SVD

The CTU Committee on World Mission Presents the Nineteenth Annual World Mission Lecture.

Fr. Pio Estepa, SVD, will be lecturing about "Gospel-Bridging the Digital Divide: Headways and Hurdles for 'New Evangelization' Today."

Pios Estepa, born in the Philippines, is a member of the Society of the Divine Word (SVD) and an adjunct faculty member at CTU. Ordained in 1978, he served as a missionary in the Congo, Mexico and Australia before serving for three years (2003-2006) as SVD Secretary General and six years as SVD Mission Secretary. He has an MA in philosophy from Divine Word School of Theology in the Philippines and a PhD from the Pontifical Gregorian University in Rome. He is also a consultant for the Pontifical Council of Culture. Free to the public; reception follows at 5 p.m.
