New exhibit, “Searching for Sanctuary” at the Mary-Frances and Bill Veeck Gallery opens July 24, 2010
Visit the Mary-Frances and Bill Veeck Gallery for an exhibit examining the search for sanctuary, featuring the work of:

Mary Seyfarth
Writes Curator Janis Pozzi-Johnson, “This body of work will be visually stimulating, evocative, and will convey through symbolic visual language our search as spiritual pilgrims. This search for sanctuary takes place within us, around us, and beyond us, individually and in community.”
The exhibit will be open July 24 through October 6, 2010.
All are welcome on Wednesday, August 25, 2010, from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. for a reception with the artists, who will speak about their work at 6:30 p.m.
The gallery is located on the fourth floor of Catholic Theological Union Academic and Conference Center at 5416 South Cornell Avenue, Chicago. Complimentary parking is available.
“Searching for Sanctuary” will be open through October 6, 2010, weekdays from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and weekends by appointment. For more information or to schedule an appointment, call (773) 371.5416.
