What is a CEU? A CEU is the acronym for a continuing education unit measured as 10 contact hours. Students requiring CEU’s from summer coursework for professional development will complete a form at the end of the course rather than complete the final assignments or papers required of graduate credit seekers. Certificates will be mailed to the address supplied.  A permanent record will be kept at CTU.  Any course can be taken for CEU’s.

Can I get academic credit? How?  Students who are not currently enrolled in one of the Association of Chicago Theological Schools (ACTS) member institutions need to be admitted to CTU in order to earn credit. A short admissions process for CTU including one letter of recommendation, the first part of the application and a transcript or letter of good standing from your current graduate school complete the applications requirements for Continuing Education.
